Bid & Tender Manager (Part-time / Contract, Remote)

ProcurementExpress is a purchase-order and spend-control SaaS used by grant-funded nonprofits, school districts and public bodies. We're looking for a part-time or contract Bid & Tender Manager to own our public-sector tender pipeline end to end.

What you'll do

- Run go/no-go decisions on tenders and RFPs

- Manage our accounts on eTenders, TED, SAM.gov and UK Find a Tender

- Write complete responses: requirements matrices, security/GDPR questionnaires, SLAs, pricing and case studies

- Build and maintain a reusable answer library

- Request and act on post-award feedback

What you bring

- 2+ years writing tenders/RFPs, ideally for SaaS or B2B software

- Working knowledge of Irish/EU public procurement; US federal/state bidding a plus

- Clear, precise written English

- Able to run several bids in parallel against hard deadlines

- Able to turn product features into high-scoring answers

Nice to have

- Procurement, finance or ERP software experience

- APMP certification

- ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / GDPR questionnaire experience

How we'll measure success: on-time, compliant submissions; win and shortlist rate; turnaround time on standard responses.
