SENIOR REPORTING ANALYST, FEDERAL GRANTS

ASIL Ventures, LLC, a Chicago-based grants management firm, is building a team for an anticipated multi-year public-sector engagement supporting federally funded programs. This full-time position is contingent on contract award, with an anticipated start in early 2027.

What you'll do
• Prepare quarterly federal performance reports from program and financial data
• Enter and maintain data in federal grant reporting systems, including activity setup, budgets and drawdowns
• Reconcile program and financial data and run quality checks before submission
• Build reports, dashboards and templates for program staff
• Lead day-to-day work for analysts and paid interns and help train new team members

What you bring
• Bachelor's degree, or an associate's degree plus 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma plus 4 years
• 6+ years of federal grant reporting, grants administration or related experience
• Experience with HUD-funded programs and HUD reporting systems strongly preferred
• Strong Excel and data skills; attention to detail
• CGMS a plus; we support certification for the right candidate

Location: Remote, with occasional on-site work based on client needs and monthly in-person team check-ins in downtown Chicago. Candidates must live in the Chicago area.
