Job description
Position Overview
The Senior Software Engineer implements process-based reporting applications and orchestrates the configuration management aspects of inter-related IT systems. This role bridges the gap between end-users and complex back-end environments using modern object-oriented programming.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement applications using GitLab and JIRA following strict software/database design best practices, performance standards, and security trends.
- Review, plan, and execute software code promotion through lower tiers (development, test) into production while directly supporting data migration tasks.
- Program advanced business reports and coordinate SAP Universe creations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience:

- At least 10 years of hands-on application development experience leveraging GitLab or similar code repositories, with an advanced understanding of SAP Web Intelligence (Webi) tools.
- At least 10 years of hands-on delivery experience with SAP business report programming, SAP Universe Creation, and PL/SQL.
- At least 7 years of specialized experience working with the business processes of federal Grant Programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a relevant disc
