The Wyoming Nonpoint Source Program plays a vital leadership role in protecting and restoring Wyoming’s water resources by supporting innovative, locally led solutions to reduce pollution in lakes and streams. The program advances meaningful water quality improvements by providing targeted technical and financial assistance and fulfilling state responsibilities under the Clean Water Act. This position oversees federal Clean Water Act Section 319 and 604(b)/205(j) grant funds to reduce pollution from runoff and other nonpoint sources and manages the full lifecycle of funded projects.
