We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Grants Manager to oversee the management of awarded federal grants, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, tracking project progress, and reporting results to funders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage awarded federal grants and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
• Track project progress and report results to funders (GEMA).
• Oversee the process of effectively utilizing grant money to achieve organizational goals.
• Conduct program evaluations and monitor awardee performance.
• Ensure recipients of federal funds comply with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• One plus years of federal grant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal grant guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
