AmpliFund's next project manager will support large-scale, enterprise level implementations of the AmpliFund Grants Management platform. They will work in depth with stakeholders to define and execute plans with the aim of customer satisfaction and long-term adoption. The Project Manager is responsible for responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multi-year enterprise-level software implementation projects. This multifaceted role requires a strategic and analytical thinker who can manage complex projects while also diving into detailed systems analysis. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies and the skills to apply these correctly. This role requires a strong background in project management best practices, comprehensive documentation skills, and expertise in managing projects using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
This position works as a liaison among stakeholders and departments within AmpliFund and our external customers. The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams across the Implementation, Customer Success, Product and Technical departments.to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. They will manage schedules, resources, financials, risk, and issues adhering to control guidelines throughout the implementation. Additionally, the Project Manager will contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery and customer satisfaction, will model and track operational metrics, and manage internal work requests.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Saas implementations, grants management and/or with the Public Sector, enhancing the customer’s ability to streamline processes and facilitate effective solutions.
