Financial Services Manager - Community Services and Child Well-Being - Remote Position

This position, in partnership with the Executive Director of Grants Management, will lead the management, budgeting, invoicing, reporting, and systems design for all municipal, county, state, federal and United Way grants for Children's Hospital and Health System.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, innovative leader to help build and improve the grants management process and lead a team of 5 accountants.  If you are looking for a pivotal role that allows you to blend your passion for helping others with your grants managemen knowledge, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a REMOTE role.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• Five years of related accounting/financial services experience in a nonprofit organization or health care environment.
• Previous grants management experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment, ingenuity and common sense. Requires advanced organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
