Senior Contracts and Grants Specialist - (2024-11)PIRE has a significant national presence in the area of applied science, with funded research projects at its centers on prevention, treatment, and policy research. PIRE scientists and practitioners continually focus on the design and implementation of complex program evaluation strategies and the conduct of research related to health and social issues, and criminal justice. PIRE practitioners and scientists provide training and technical assistance in many health-related areas to states and communities that are attempting to improve public health. Position Summary
The Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE) Contracts and Grants Team is looking to bring a full-time benefit eligible Senior Contracts and Grants Specialist to its Central Business Office Team. This hybrid position is responsible for total contract and grant administration of awards funded by a variety of sources, including foundations, federal agencies, state, and local agencies. In this key position, the right candidate will work closely with the Director of Contracts and Grants, as well as PIRE Leadership throughout the Institute, in support of a team of experienced research staff. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with extensive experience managing grants and contracts throughout the project life cycle and working with internal and external clients. The rate range for this position is $85-$95K per year.
