The Centers for Government Excellence and Public Innovation (CGEPI) seeks a Grants & Contracts Analyst who will provide sponsored projects management support for grants and contracts awarded to the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation (BCPI) and the Bloomberg Center for Government Excellence (GovEx).
Reporting to the Divisional Business Officer (DBO) or their designee, you will provide administrative and financial support to a diverse portfolio of sponsored projects requiring work that encompasses an understanding of the sponsored projects life cycle from “cradle to grave”. This includes pre-award and post-award functions that may/may not be limited to: preparation of new and renewal proposal budgets, generation of post-award budget modifications, generation of official and ad-hoc financial projections and reports, and oversight of project reporting and close-out requirements. You will also have responsibilities for the generation and tracking/monitoring of project-related contracts and subawards and for ensuring that staff effort supported by sponsored projects is accurately tracked and monitored for in advance of official certification.
This role functions at an intermediate level and is an exempt position. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and based in Baltimore, MD.
